平台内交易保障In-platform transaction protection
买家下单后,订单金额、商品信息、数量、规格、交付状态、售后记录都会进入系统留痕。出现问题时,管理员会优先依据平台内记录和双方证据进行处理。
After purchase, order amount, product details, quantity, variants, delivery status, and after-sales records are stored in the system. If a problem occurs, admins review platform records and evidence from both sides first.
- 自动交付商品会记录发货时间和交付内容状态。Auto-delivery products keep delivery time and delivery status records.
- 人工服务订单支持进度状态,便于确认商家是否按约处理。Manual service orders include progress states so buyers can track seller handling.
- 售后申请、退款金额、证据图片和处理结果会保留在订单里。Support requests, refund amounts, evidence images, and decisions remain attached to the order.

如果买家和商家绕过 LoginBay 私下付款、跳到第三方平台完成交易,平台可能无法核实金额、交付和沟通记录,也就无法提供完整处理依据。
If buyers and sellers bypass LoginBay, pay privately, or move the transaction to third-party platforms, the platform may be unable to verify payment, delivery, or communication records.
