用户责任User responsibilities
- 你应保证注册资料、店铺资料、商品描述和订单沟通真实、准确、完整。You must keep registration data, shop information, product descriptions, and order communication truthful, accurate, and complete.
- 你应保护自己的账号、密码、API 密钥和绑定信息。You must protect your account, password, API keys, and binding information.
- 不得利用平台进行欺诈、恶意退款、虚假评价、刷单或规避风控。You may not use the platform for fraud, malicious refunds, fake reviews, fake orders, or risk-control evasion.
商家责任Seller responsibilities
商家应确保商品来源、描述、规格、价格、库存、交付方式和售后承诺清晰可执行。人工服务商品应及时更新处理进度,不得长期拖延或虚假提交。
Sellers must keep source, description, variants, price, inventory, delivery method, and support promises clear and executable. Manual service sellers should update progress and must not delay or submit false completion.
支付、退款与结算Payments, refunds, and settlement
平台会记录充值、购买扣款、退款、佣金、商家待结算和已结算信息。出现异常差额、风险订单、售后争议或风控命中时,平台可暂停结算或要求补充资料。
The platform records recharges, purchase deductions, refunds, commissions, pending seller settlement, and settled amounts. For abnormal differences, risky orders, disputes, or risk-control hits, settlement may be paused or additional information required.
平台风控与限制Risk control and restrictions
当系统检测到频繁退款、余额异常、同 IP 多账号、TG 绑定异常、私聊引流、售后率过高或其他异常行为时,平台可能采取警告、限制交易、冻结提现、禁言或关闭相关功能。
If the system detects frequent refunds, balance anomalies, multiple accounts from the same IP, Telegram binding anomalies, off-platform steering, high after-sales rate, or other abnormal behavior, the platform may warn, restrict trading, freeze withdrawals, mute chat, or disable related features.
